SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please allow up to 10 days to receive your items.
Australia/Overseas customers - shipping times are unknown as of right now due to the unpredictable nature of shipping overseas, for some customers it has taken over a month to receive their itmes.
We ship through the USPS, UPS & DHL.
You will be provided a tracking number via the email you provided on your order and you can track it through the respective carrier.
Some important things to know:

Shipping charges are nonrefundable

All shipping options include a confirmation tracking email

IMPORTANT: the USPS website does NOT update their tracking until the package has arrived to the destination sorting facility. This does not mean that Brumby Goods did not ship your items in a timely manner. USPS's tracking system is not reliable.

If your item is returned because it was sent to the wrong address or undeliverable, it is not the responsibility of Brumby Goods to pay shipping to resend it. If your address is wrong, package gets lost, or delivered to the wrong address, please understand that Brumby Goods cannot be held responsible.
Defective Items: If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email at brumbygoods@gmail.com within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
If we accept your defective item, please send them back with your Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return it will result in the process being delayed.
Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 4 days of receiving your order.
We do not accept returned items if you require a different size or item, please read product descriptions carefully as the size of the item is in the description.
